An evolution of the AT-ART7, the AT-ART9XA is a non-magnetic core moving coil cartridge engineered to eliminate magnetic distortion and deliver natural timbre with pinpoint soundstage precision. The "ART" designation—Audio-Technica Reference Transducer—is reserved exclusively for our flagship phono cartridges. Its dual moving coils, arranged in an inverted V configuration, work with a Shibata stylus and 0.28 mm solid boron cantilever to achieve exceptional separation, clarity, and minimal distortion across the frequency spectrum.
