Can I cancel my order?
There is a 35% restocking fee on any orders that are cancelled. Cancelations can only be made during the first five days after purchase.
Returns
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please fill out the return form for and submit within the first 10 days of receiving your order for approval. If the return is approved there is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted to the total.
We do not accept returns on:
New Cartridges: Newly purchased cartridges have a unique return policy. For details, please refer to our New Cartridge Returns policy.
Headphones: Headphones are not eligible for returns.
Additional Shipping Services
Please be aware that using freight forwarders or any additional shipping services beyond the original shipping address will void all return privileges and warranties.

For items that are in stock, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, shipping times may vary depending on availability.

You must submit a return form within the first 10 days after receiving your order for approval. After we receive your form and it is approved for return. You must ship the item in its original package. Shipping costs for returns are not covered. The customer bears 100% responsibility for the return shipping cost.

Reimbursements occur within 7 to 10 business days following receipt of the item and approval for return.

What are the tariffs and surcharges on hi-fi products?
Certain high-end audio products may be subject to U.S. import tariffs, depending on where they are manufactured. If applicable, the surcharge will be calculated and displayed in your cart before checkout, so you’ll see the final total clearly before completing your purchase.
The percentage can vary based on current U.S. trade regulations and can change without notice, but once your order is placed, the surcharge will not change retroactively.
