Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Suncoast Audio Direct. However, due to the nature of high-end audio equipment, certain restrictions apply. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Headphones and in-ear monitors
- Phono cartridges and turntables
- Vacuum tubes
- All special orders or custom-built products
- No exceptions will be made.
Eligible Returns
All eligible items must first be submitted for return approval within 12 days of receipt by completing our official Return Request Form. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
For any purchases over $1,000, store credit will be issued only after the return form has been submitted, the item has been received and inspected, and the return has been approved by Suncoast Audio Direct. Approved store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of approval.
Items valued over $500 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in mint, “as new” condition, complete with original boxes, manuals, accessories, packaging materials, and remote controls.
Returns will be carefully inspected upon receipt and must meet all conditions listed above for final approval. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components will be refused and returned to the buyer at their expense.
Return Authorization
To initiate a return, please complete our Return Request Form or email orders@suncoastaudiodirect.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Unauthorized returns or packages sent without an RA# will not be accepted.
Once your form has been reviewed, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to Suncoast Audio Direct. Please note that all shipping and handling costs associated with returns are the buyer’s full responsibility and are non-refundable.
Suncoast Audio Direct does not provide cash, or check, refunds. Refunds will only be provided in the original method of payment . Store credit only will be issued after the product is received, inspected, and approved.
Upon receipt, each item will undergo a full inspection to ensure it meets all return eligibility requirements. Only after approval will store credit be issued according to the terms outlined above.

- Are not eligible for return no exceptions made.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at orders@suncoastaudiodirect.com with photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If your box appears damaged upon delivery, please take photos before opening it and contact us right away.
Any physical or cosmetic defects reported after 48 hours of receipt become the buyer’s responsibility.
Manufacturer Warranties
All new items carry the full manufacturer warranty. Open box or used items carry the remainder of the warranty if the warranty is transferable. Please refer to the specific manufacturers warranty policy.

Please note:
Using freight forwarders or third-party shipping services beyond the original delivery address voids all return privileges and warranties.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Standard Shipping
- If an item is in stock, it will ship within 3–5 business days.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- If an item is not in stock, please allow up to three weeks for shipping.
Delays & Lead Times
Suncoast Audio Direct is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or manufacturer backorders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order before it ships, a 20% restocking fee applies.
The remaining balance will be issued as store credit valid for 12 months.
